1. No right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal according to Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB) does not apply to our products. According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, as well as for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

Our food supplements fall under this exception. Therefore, cancellation or return is not possible after the packaging has been opened or the products have been consumed.

2. Return of unopened products

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product or wish to return the product unopened, you have the option of doing so at your own expense. The product must be unopened and in perfect condition. The return should be sent to:
