1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between us and our customers via the online shop of SYNT Supplements GmbH, Alte Rabenstraße 9C, 20148 Hamburg. The GTC apply exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who are resident in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

2. Contracting parties and conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with SYNT Supplements GmbH, represented by Valentin Wilhelm Cabrera Metgenberg. By submitting the order in the online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded when this order confirmation is sent.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices stated on our website include the applicable statutory VAT. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process and depend on the country of delivery:

Germany: 4.99 EUR, free shipping for orders over 150 EUR

Austria: 13.99 EUR

Switzerland: 16.99 EUR

4. Payment methods and due dates

Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. The goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment.

5. Delivery and delivery conditions

We deliver within Germany and to the DACH region (Austria, Switzerland). The standard delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. Delivery to the rest of the DACH region usually takes 2-8 working days, depending on the destination.

If delays occur due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances, we will inform you immediately.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of withdrawal

There is no legal right of withdrawal because our products are sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods are defective, you have the right to demand subsequent performance (remedy of the defect or replacement delivery). We are fully liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior on our part or that of our vicarious agents.

We accept no liability for improper use of the dietary supplements. Please follow the dosage instructions and usage recommendations on the packaging.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

All legal relationships between us and our customers are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is our registered office in Hamburg, provided the customer is a merchant.
